DETROIT, Michigan --April 18, 2023 - Mbassador Studios is thrilled to be partnering with The Heidelberg Project to bring you The Heidelberg Roast of Tyree Guyton. A night of laughter, celebration, and community-building in honor of the founder of the legendary outdoor art project.

On June 2, 2023, Bert's Warehouse in the Eastern Market will play host to this side-splitting event designed to bring together Detroit's arts, comedy, and culture. With a big city lineup of Detroit-based comedians like Mic Larry, Simply Shanelle, Faygo Red, T. Barb, Comic J. Will, COCO, and Foolish, The Roast of Tyree Guyton is sure to be a night of laugh-out-loud fun you don't want to miss.

Jessica Williams of The Heidelberg Project says, "The comedic arts are perhaps the most important art form for us to hinge on at this time - it is a space in which one can seek relief and find hilarity in some of the more daunting curveballs life can throw! The Heidelberg Project has been a fixture in the McDougall-Hunt neighborhood on Detroit's east side since 1986. The brainchild of Tyree Guyton, the project has helped to transform the area and provide a vibrant cultural hub for the city's residents.
